Independent Living Units are one of the best decisions retirees can make when they are looking to downsize their home.

We offer units for rent or lease to people over the age of 65. Affordable weekly rent is charged for our fully maintained one bedroom units, or, we are also able to offer an upfront lease for those wishing to own their own piece of paradise on two to three bedroom units. 

 They are centrally located to the beach, shops, bowling and golf clubs and easy walking distance to great restaurants.
